Please see the below requirement from Alpine Canada regarding ACA release forms:

It is MANDATORY this year that all members sign the ACA waiver either in person and give it to the club or via the online system. BC Alpine database will be tracking all signatures and members who have not signed using one of these methods will NOT be covered by the insurance. This applies to all members, not just racers, so even if you are a parent, coach or supporter at the club be sure to go through the steps of making sure you are covered!

From paperwork load, it makes more sense for the families of Mt Washington Ski club to sign up using the "online process". It is painless, and only takes less than 1 minute to sign off the whole family. Please click here to go to the Resources tab on the BC Alpine website, read over the information on this page, scroll down to the bottom of page, enter your e-mail address and "send log in link". BC Alpine data base will confirm your e-mail address with what's on their file and send you an e-mail confirmation with connection to the ACA release forms. One person can read over the release form and sign off the whole family by selecting "all the members listed under the e-mail address". It is painless process, and as I mentioned above- takes a minute or so.
